Declan Welsh & The Decadent West stand for energetic live shows, intelligent lyrics and thought-provoking songs. With their unique mix of indie rock, punk and socially critical songwriting, they have earned themselves a firm place in the British music scene.

Now the band is returning to the stage - with four exclusive concerts that are not to be missed. Since their beginnings, the band from Glasgow has built up a loyal fan base with their direct, honest style. Whether at festival appearances on the main stage of TRNSMT, Glastonbury or the Reeperbahn Festival, sold-out headline shows or as support for the likes of The Proclaimers and Echo & The Bunnymen - Declan Welsh & The Decadent West know how to get an audience moving.

Their upcoming album "Explicit Agitation" promises to be the band's most uncompromising release to date: raw, loud and with a clear message. With new songs like "Inaction" and "Carefree", the band opens another chapter in their development. At 188 BPM, "Inaction" is an angry call to action - a direct commentary on political inaction in the face of global crises. "Carefree", on the other hand, is a danceable anthem that exposes the indifference of many with an ironic undertone. Both songs combine the best of their discography to date: the boisterous energy of their debut and the lyrical depth of their later works.
