THE LAHMANN SANATORIUM AND THE WOMEN
When people talk about the once world-famous Dr. Lahmann Sanatorium on the Weißer Hirsch in Dresden, the genius naturopath and doctor Heinrich Lahmann, his doctors and the illustrious guests from all over the world have usually been in the spotlight.

In her lecture, medical historian Marina Lienert uses pictures to shed light on the interesting and varied work of the many kitchen maids, washerwomen and chambermaids for the well-being of the guests, most of which took place behind the scenes.

The upcoming International Women's Day is a good occasion for this.

We recommend taking the EV11 rail replacement service to the Plattleite stop - right outside the front door.
In November 2024, an additional parking garage was opened on the grounds of the Parkhotel Dresden, which offers 22 charging spaces for electric cars in addition to the 100 parking spaces.
There is a night tariff between 20:00 and 05:00, which costs just €5.00.
