Canadian-born singer-songwriter CORY MARKS is one of the most influential artists in country rock in recent years. His music, a mix of the powerful energy of modern rock paired with country, has helped him win fans on both sides of the genre. With his innovative fusion of both genres, he paved the way for the success of artists like Morgan Wallen, Zach Bryan, Hardy and Bailey Zimmerman. CORY celebrated his breakthrough with his debut single "Outlaws & Outsiders", which made him the first Canadian artist to reach the Top 10 on US rock radio. As part of his "Sorry For Nothing Tour", the exceptional artist will be coming to Germany for two concerts in 2025, performing his songs on March 10 in Hamburg and March 11 in Cologne. He will be accompanied by special guest LUDWIG HART.

CORY MARKS tells personal stories in his music that are shaped by his early influences. He started playing drums at the age of ten and was inspired by both rock bands and his parents' country records. "I was lucky enough to grow up with so much music and different styles - from Rush, Ozzy and Bryan Adams to Dream Theater, Pantera and Lamb of God. And on the other hand: Jimmy Rodgers, Buck Owens, Merle Haggard, Vince Gill, Eric Church, Brad Paisley". These influences flow into his music and his special mix proved to be a crowd puller, earning him gigs with artists such as Toby Keith, Five Finger Death Punch, ZZ Top, Travis Tritt and Brantley Gilbert. He originally dreamed of a career as a pilot and played ice hockey until he was pushed onto the stage in a bar one night. His first performance sparked the interest of the audience and led to him performing and writing songs on a regular basis. Today, he delights audiences with a captivating blend of arena rock and roots country, uniting metal and Americana fans alike.

2020 sees the release of his successful debut album "Who I Am", which skillfully combines rock and country. It includes his platinum-certified hit "Outlaws & Outsiders", which features Ivan Moody (Five Finger Death Punch), Travis Tritt and Mick Mars (Mötley Crüe). The song reaches the Top 10 on US rock radio and goes platinum in his home country. He then released three EPs, including "I Rise" (2022) with the song "Burn It Up", which can be heard on the soundtrack to "The Retaliators", in which MARKS made a brief appearance. To date, his songs have received over 220 million streams. In November 2024, he released the single "(Make My) Country Rock (Harder)" together with Sully Erna (Godsmack), Travis Tritt and Mick Mars. His second album "Sorry For Nothing" will be released on December 6th via Better Noise Music.

LUDWIG HART will be there as a special guest. Since his debut in 2019, the Swedish singer-songwriter has been inspiring audiences with his unique rock productions and strong stage presence. His lyrics focus on life in a small town and the pursuit of more, while he combines romantic rock with influences from the West Coast and Americana. His single "Less I Try" reached the European radio charts and his third album "Stay Young" was released in late summer 2024.

Fans will have the opportunity to experience the new songs of both artists live when CORY MARKS comes to Germany together with LUDWIG HART as part of his "Sorry For Nothing Tour" in 2025.
