Stand-up comedy beginners' workshop

Are you interested in stand-up and would like to perform on one of Leipzig's many stages yourself soon? Then this is just the thing for you.

Alekseij Upatov is organizing a beginners' workshop at the Karli Comedy Club.

The workshop takes place on a Sunday at the Karli Comedy Club and runs from 1 to 5 pm, with a break.

The first part is about comedy theory, which will be directly implemented and tested in writing exercises.
The second part is about the basics on stage, all known beginner mistakes are explained so that you don't have to worry about them during your first performances and then we work together on your first opening joke.

Alekseij Upatov is a stand-up comedian and comedy writer. He has written for Funk, Comedy-Central, SWR, Tele5 and many others.

This workshop takes place regularly in Berlin, and has also been to Munich, Cologne and Dresden several times, and is now coming to the Karli Comedy Club for the first time.
