About Lara:
Lara Schäffer has been guiding people for over 15 years through unforgettable rituals, yoga teacher trainings and ceremonies that open the path to greater depth and aliveness.

Important information

• Please bring a mat.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before the start to arrive in peace.
• The ceremony lasts 1.5 hours.
• We integrate two to three gentle postures to allow the energy of the cacao to flow through our bodies.
• Wear comfortable clothing and bring warm socks .

Everything else - from coziness to a space for inspiration and connection - is prepared for you.
