Der Tango, eine Frauensache

In the organizer's words:

The program is dedicated, among other things, to the role of women in tango - yesterday and today - in classical and new tangos by Gardel, Piazzolla, Troilo, Tucat Moreno and Pugliese, among others.

La Guagua Music was founded in 2018 by Argentinian musicians Anahí Settón and Javier Tucat Moreno as a 'collective' - 'colectivo' in Spanish - for tango music and Latin American songs. Like "guagua", "colectivo" also means "bus". Songs, stories and feelings are transported on this multicultural, diverse bus. The essence of these stories and songs is promoted by these well-traveled and inspired musicians and carried into the hearts of the people - regardless of origin, culture or faith.

This time, the celebrated dance couple from Argentina, Gabriela Pereira and Benjamin Galian, will join in and enrich the evening.
