What is inner peace for you?

What helps you to get closer to it - what hinders you? We will explore these and similar questions in the group, exchange ideas and learn from each other. We enjoy a cocoa ceremony, get our bodies moving to become softer again and finish with a gong meditation. In this way, we deal with inner peace on different levels and from numerous perspectives. Let's let go in community, slow down, find peace, just be in peace.

Please bring a (yoga) mat, a blanket and possibly warm socks.

100% of your course fee will go towards the Kulturküche's social and cultural projects.

About Rebecca Schlegel

I am a qualified psychologist, Gestalt counselor, Reiki master and certified in therapeutic gong playing. I can look back on almost 10 years of professional experience in counseling families with a focus on adolescents, migration and addiction. It is precisely from addiction counseling that the topic of this workshop emerges: What are we as humanity actually looking for in (illegal) drugs?
