In this workshop we play with the voice, with the body. Go on a journey of discovery. Without right and wrong. Experiment, sound, sing, try things out. Begin to understand and become courageous. With joy and ease.

Find yourself, your expression, your voice, your being.

Because your voice is important and wants to be heard.

Please come in comfortable clothes and bring your (yoga) mat and a blanket.

100% of your course fee will go towards the Kulturküche's social and cultural projects.

About Galina Freund

As an actress with over 20 years of stage experience and storyteller, Galina has always been fascinated by the voice: "What is possible with the voice. How many blockages we have there. How much it is influenced by society and how much it is time for us all to find our voice. Early on, I was lucky enough to learn voice techniques that involve experimenting with the voice and body to find your own authentic voice. Since then, I've been researching and getting closer and closer to myself."

Before completing her acting training, she studied medicine. Her first permanent engagement took her to the Theater der Jungen Welt in Leipzig. She then worked as an actress, dancer, theater educator and production manager. Since 2019, she has been helping to set up Kulturküche Karlsruhe, a cultural participation center, where she is responsible for the artistic area, among other things.

Hold a workshop or a lecture on your specialist topic - 2 hours incl. exchange, flexible during the week or at the weekend. We are open to all topics - and by all we really mean all!

100% of the course fee goes to the "Freundeskreis Kulturküche Karlsruhe e.V." association. The association supports the Kulturküche's social and cultural projects - free of charge for everyone, with no obligation to consume and open to everyone. With your workshop or lecture, you give others the opportunity to take part. Together we create a place full of culture, encounters and warmth!
