Cabin on Pluto

With the voice of a generation that fights just to have fought - caught in this dichotomy, the band Cabin on Pluto creates a mirror image full of doubt and antipathy towards society, and perhaps even a mirror image of themselves.
Full of arrogant protest and dark post-punk songs, the band has been creating its own unmistakable energy in its music for several years now, which it literally blasts at its audience in front of the stage. Since their participation in the Bandsupport Mannheim funding program in 2019, Cabin on Pluto has been a household name in the regional indie scene and has already played numerous concerts in the region around their hometown of Mannheim.
The band's musical style is made up of the genres of post-punk and indie rock, with the power of the individual songs lying in the unconditional will of an unadulterated, direct sound. Cabin on Pluto bundles the self-doubt of their generation in their lyrics and embodies it in rough vocals, driving drums and dirty guitars, which get lost in a dark space of melancholy, melodic, yet monotonous.

SOCKE from Heidelberg makes punk in German and combines influences from Aussie
