Box Office:

There will always be a quota of tickets reserved for spontaneous visitors at the Box Office, regardless of whether the advance sale has already ended or is sold out.

Tickets are available from 23:00 on the day of the event for €20 at the Box Office.

Early arrival is recommended to avoid waiting times.

Advance booking & admission:

Admission with a pre-sale ticket is only possible until the time stated on the ticket. After this time, the ticket loses its validity (additional payment is required in the event of late entry).

The organizer reserves the right to exercise its domiciliary rights, in particular in the event of violations of the Equality & Diversity Policy.

Re-entry:

Re-entry after entering the event (e.g. with a stamp) cannot be guaranteed for organizational reasons.
