Ballons: Buchvorstellung und Gespräch mit Künstler Jens Klein

In the organizer's words:

The artist Jens Klein presents his book Balloons, published by Spector Books. The photos in the book show balloons that were photographed by Stasi employees after they had floated across the border from West Germany into the GDR. Although one might think that the balloons served no other purpose than meteorological ones, they were actually propaganda devices: they carried small parcels containing political leaflets or newspapers from West Germany.
