Bremerhavener Musiksommer 2024 / Panik Power Band - A Tribute to Udo Lindenberg

Join us again this year at the Bremerhaven Music Summer 2024, when it's live music every Thursday in the Schaufenster Fischereihafen!

Together with the Udo Lindenberg lookalike Karsten Bald and the "Panik Power Band", the Bremerhaven Music Summer will be back in full swing this week!

Karsten Bald is very similar to the original in looks, gestures and voice. There are certainly numerous Lindenberg doubles in Germany, but no one brings Udo to the stage as authentically as Karsten Bald. Together with the 5 professional musicians of the Panik Power Band, this results in a tribute show in a class of its own.
Whether at the big city festivals in Dortmund, Hanover, Frankfurt, Berlin or at the music festival on the island of Juist, the Panik Power Band is the first port of call when it comes to the music of Udo Lindenberg. In 2017, they played several gigs together with members of Udo Lindenberg's Panik Orchestra. The boys were absolutely thrilled with how close the Panik Power Band is to the original. Further joint concerts took place in 2018 and 2019.
"Panikrock with German lyrics" is the motto; the best-known songs and most beautiful ballads from over 40 years of Udo Lindenberg. Singing along and partying is the order of the day here.
The repertoire ranges from songs from the early years such as Jonny Controletti, Honky Tonky Show or Andrea Doria to the hits of the 80s such as "Horizont" and "Sonderzug nach Pankow" to the No. 1 hit "Ich mach mein Ding". Songs from the current album are of course also a must.
In addition to the numerous hits, there are also song gems for fans in the program. Plus a stage show that will probably leave only the most arid of contemporaries untouched.
