Meet your Guide: Steff

I get it-I spent nearly two decades in consulting and innovation, where stress was just part of the game. Burnout? Also part of the game. Until I found breathwork. This practice changed everything-it became my anchor, my reset button, my way back to balance.

I've lived abroad for over eight years and learned that change is the only constant. But no matter where you are, your breath is always with you. It's the most powerful tool you have to shift how you feel-anytime, anywhere.

I'm here to help you unlock the full potential of your breath-using science-backed techniques and deep relaxation practices. My goal? To help you make breathwork a natural part of your daily life-so you can manage stress, prevent burnout, clear your mind, and feel more at home in your own body.

I'm a certified breathwork facilitator and breath coach (since 2023), as well as an Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathing Coach-currently leveling up with Advanced Instructor training. I guide individuals, corporate teams, and athletes in harnessing the breath as a tool for resilience, energy, and deep restoration.
