All over Potsdam, cultural venues are opening their doors as part of "Culture for EVERYONE" and tempting visitors with wonderful offers with Free admission. The Waschhaus Potsdam also has a program to discover and participate in.

Break dance workshop with Timo Draheim from the Oxymoron Dance Company

Timo Draheim has been teaching children and young people break dance at the OXYMORON DANCE STUDIO for 18 years. He also works as a dance teacher at the Babelsberg Filmgymnasium. In his courses, Timo teaches the first basic steps in break dance as well as smaller acrobatic figures. These are developed into complex choreographies, whereby the children can incorporate their own creative ideas. The class begins with a classic warm-up, combined with stretching and strength exercises. It is important to Timo to support his students individually. He works together with the participants on and with their strengths.

Long training pants, a T-shirt and sneakers are required for the class. If you like, you can also bring knee pads.
