Blues Bureau

In the organizer's words:

The boys are finally "back in town" and are looking forward to celebrating their highly explosive mixture of different styles, blues + rock = blues rock a la Blues Bureau in a home game.

To celebrate their 20th anniversary, the "Bureau" will be joined by fellow musicians and a few musical surprises.

Blues Bureau" have been in the business for 20 years now. More than 200 gigs throughout Germany and BÈNELUX as well as 3 officially available CDs speak for themselves. Their roots lie in the British Blues Invasion (Clapton, Green) but also in the modern US version a la Larkin Poe etc.

The band consists of Udo Weinert on main mic, Heinz "T-Duck" Lentzen on bass (+ back vocals), as well as the two original Essen rockers Winus Rilinger on drums and Rolli Borchert on virtuoso guitar. Winus and Rolli have also gained a lot of international experience in other bands and genres (The Eternal Afflict, Mad Butcher etc).

The rehearsals for the 4th CD "Hyena" (Label: Ayerbear International) are currently underway. The EP "Prairie Rose" will be available as a pre-release goodie at this year's nationwide concerts.
