Minimal Electronics and Synth Pop, the ethereal and obsidian way. Xeno & Oaklander craft galvanic pop music with modular synthesizers, exuding a subtle yet sublime sense of delphic grandeur. With roots in DIY post-punk and conceptual art, and as key figures in the millennial cold wave revival, the duo has traversed punk undergrounds and art spaces alike, cementing their unique position between the DIY scene's shadowy subconscious and the discerning critique of pop's intellectual discourse. True sonic scientists at the (Dark) disco and thus a matching pair to realize Blitz Club's singular sonic potential!

Providing a fitting counterpoint tonight are locals Frizzante, celebrating tonight's German-American friendship with our guests from New York City. Their charmingly raw and frugal take on Dark Wave and Italo Disco combines the genre's grand, playful exaggeration with charismatic, dry undertones-a punk band at the disco, indeed!
