In the organizer's words:

The Blue Light Union Party is once again celebrating in Stuttgart and has taken over Perkins Park for the occasion. For this reason, all members of the police, fire department, rescue services, hospitals and all those who work around the clock for the well-being of their fellow human beings are expected from all over Stuttgart and the surrounding area. Friends of helpers and rescuers are also cordially invited.
