Black Ends

In the organizer's words:

Black Ends' self-described gunk-pop is about as sweet as asphalt-encrusted chewing gum stuck to the sole of your favorite shoes. Much like the legendary grunge bands that influenced the Seattle trio, Black Ends know how to smother catchy pop and rock structures with a toxic dose of filth; but please don't call them "post-grunge," the term used to describe the major-label wave of flannel-clad bands trying to capitalize on the grunge aesthetic. If you must, "post-post-grunge" might better describe Black Ends' reaction to this kind of commercialization.
