Started as an open decks format and subsequent radio show in 2020, bass focus has quickly established itself as an integral part of Leipzig's bass scene. What began as a place to exchange ideas about bass music and DJing is now a crew that shapes the local bass culture with passion and commitment - and also wants to have a positive influence. Because bass focus is not only a platform for bass enthusiasts, but also actively promotes equality in club culture. With equal line-ups and a targeted focus on underrepresented people, bass focus aims to break down structures and offer marginalized groups a stage.

From regular parties where the subwoofers vibrate to open decks that offer new talent a platform - bass focus creates spaces where music connects, energy is released and a more equitable club culture is promoted.
