A retro crossover melange that effortlessly switches between the genres of hard rock, funk & soul, pop and jazz. Led Zeppelin-style rock riffs that meet funky grooves à la Motown, melodious soul tracks in the style of the late 60s that alternate with swinging pop ballads: It's all in FLOW, the new album by Heidelberg singer and songwriter Peter Saueressig with his band Balsamico.

For the album release (vinyl & CD), the sextet presents a dozen new songs. The album sound is characterized by polyphonic vocals, melodious guitar lines, grooves that get into your legs and the "balsamic" voices of bandleader Peter Saueressig and Jenny Badal. The lyrics deal with interpersonal topics from a very personal perspective, such as the fear of and longing for closeness or gratitude and appreciation, as well as current issues such as the climate crisis or migration.
