Few choreographers like to talk about their work. John Neumeier is the great exception, to the delight of his audience. In his ballet workshop, he offers answers to questions such as: "What does 'choreographic storytelling' mean?", "How does an idea become a work?" and "How important is historical research?" To this end, he invites dancers from the participating companies on stage to dance and explain. But you probably already know that - Neumeier's workshop talks have been a cult event at the Festspielhaus for years.
