Asia Streetfood and Wine

In the organizer's words:

This format is all about how South-East Asian dishes can be combined with wines from different regions and flavors. The best thing is that we don't just drink together, we also cook together.

Sebastian welcomes you with a glass of sparkling aperitif and takes you straight to the cooking stations. Together as a group, you will prepare four courses of pan-Asian street food.

The dishes will each be accompanied by two wines that can handle the different textures, spices, heat levels and cooking methods. We are looking forward to Sebastian's selection, which he, as an excellent sommelier, will be able to explain in detail.

For all those for whom cooking courses are too little about wine and wine tastings too little about cooking. All drinks, rental apron and the host are of course included in the price.
