Duration approx. 1 hour 15 minutes, no intermission
The three mouse brothers Franz, Willi and Anton have taken up residence under a living room sofa together with their friend Spider. The three of them are doing extremely well: Franz organizes daily mouse training on the springs to keep fit and be lightning fast in case of an alarm signal; Willi takes care of delicious cookies that he can get for dinner, and Anton practices diligently on his terribly squeaky violin. As long as they stay away from the vacuum cleaner, they have nothing to worry about in their fine lives. But Christmas is coming soon and the Hoffmanns - the adults, grandmas or children who own the apartment - are busy preparing for it. The mice are also looking forward to their own Christmas feast. Little Anton in particular is very excited as this is his first time. However, the three's great joy comes to an abrupt end when they discover the child's wish list for the Christ Child, which reads: "I want nothing more than a cat." Christmas threatens to end in disaster. What's more, Aunt Lizzy from Berlin comes to visit, who is anything but a good judge of danger ...
With witty dialog and great songs that quickly become catchy tunes, Anton - The Mouse Musical tells the story of how great heroic deeds on small paws are possible if you stick together.
