In the tradition of the Hamburg School, which revolutionized the German music scene in the 1990s with bands such as Tocotronic, Die Sterne and Blumfeld, Andreas Liebert combines clever lyrics with restrained but concise melodies. He prefers to leave the space that others like to fill with grand gestures empty - so that it can slowly fill with meaning. "Moon Landing" is music that takes its time, music that doesn't rely on quick answers. A quiet moment in the loud now.
