Amirtha Kidambi’s Elder Ones #2

In the organizer's words:

Amirtha Kidambi doesn't like it simple: the music of the US-American is a multi-layered conglomerate in which spiritual jazz, drones, R'n'B and free jazz come together.

The pieces by her band Amirtha Kidambi's Elder Ones are sometimes powerful and loud, sometimes fragile and intimate. The urgency of their music is reflected in the poetic lyrics, which deal with topics such as racism and violence.
