In the organizer's words:
Originally from Toronto, Aidan Baker is a classically trained multi-instrumentalist who has focused on the electric guitar as his main instrument. Using prepared instruments, changing playing methods and various electronic effects, Baker creates music that can be categorized as ambient/experimental, but also includes influences from post-rock, shoegaze, electronica, neo-classical and jazz.
As support we are looking forward to lich-tung + N.
Guitarist N, here with his 109th release, and violinist licht-ung are two important forces that make the northwest of Germany an epicenter of drone music.
