AGAINST THE CURRENT 3 transcends the boundaries of conventional storytelling: the performance invites the audience to an intuitive and transformative experience.
We open the stage space to anyone who wants to join us on our journey against the current.
Our bodies - as vessels of our being - have an immense capacity for resilience, empathy and hope even in times of uncertainty.
Together we set out to take our responsibility to protect our humanity.

AGAINST THE CURRENT 3 is part of a performative journey and continues to evolve.The project began on the busy streets and unsuspecting public spaces of the city.The audience was equally surprised and invited to become part of the performance.

As the performance moves from the public spaces into the theater space, it also deals more with the interiority of people and the core that makes up our humanity and is inherent in each individual.

About the documentary:

90 minutes before the start of the performance and 60 minutes after the performance, show the accompanying documentary AGAINST THE CURRENT, the film is an invitation to immerse yourself in a world where art transcends conventional norms and dares to challenge the status quo. The film captures the magic of unexpected interventions that provoke thought, stir emotions and challenge social norms.

Trigger warning: The piece shows images in dance that can be associated with war and apocalypse.
