Every year, the Hamburg Ballet's ballet school presents the creativity and expressiveness of its young dancers at "The World of John Neumeier" festival. On show are solos specially created by the graduates, choreographed for the "Young Creation Award" competition of the renowned Prix de Lausanne. The solos have won the competition several times in the past: "Absprung" offers an insight into the work of the Hamburg Ballet's talent factory for the fifth time - with the chance to discover the ballet stars of tomorrow now.
