a straight line: New American Chamber Music - Everything Changes, Nothing Changes I

In the organizer's words:

"Everything Changes, Nothing Changes", the title of a string quartet by Tyshawn Sorey, aims to trace a line from the New York School (of composition) from the second half of the 20th century to the present day. From Morton Feldman to Lucia Dlugoszewski and Tyshawn Sorey to the current commission to Eva Kuhn, the concert spans an arc of over 50 years. Both similarities and differences can be found in the works.
