Jesse Eisenberg, a specialist in the portrayal of nerdy neurotics, has made this role his own. In his second directorial and screenplay work, he plays New Yorker David, who travels through Poland with his cousin Benji (great: Kieran Culkin) in the wake of his grandmother's death. The two couldn't be more different, but they share an intergenerational trauma and a deep friendship that is put to the test on their journey. A film full of surprising humor and humanism.
