2x hören: Keine Angst vor Vladimir Tarnopolski

Vladimir Tarnopolski is one of the most important Ukrainian-Russian composers of contemporary music. He has lived in Germany since the invasion of Ukraine, where his anti-war piece "Out of Step. Out of Time. March to Stand Still" was written there. Pianist Tamara Stefanovich will perform his work in the presence of the composer.

In the 2x hören series of events, we invite our guests to overcome their reservations about new music. The concept of the series is very simple: a musical work is played twice - before and after a discussion between the presenter and the artists.

Our events are generally free of charge, but registration via our website is required. Online registration is usually activated at 9 a.m. 14 days before the respective event. Three working days before the event, we also release a few remaining places at 9 am. You can register an accompanying person.
