On the first weekend in April, Aachen will become the party city of the year as part of 1LIVE "Absolut Aachen". From April 4 - 6, 2025, 1LIVE will bring young artists, newcomers and established acts to the student stronghold. The first three events - Felix Lobrecht, GReeeN and Ikkimel - are already sold out, and demand for Querbeat tickets is also high. Now the young WDR radio station is adding two more concert highlights and six 1LIVE club events to the program with Jazeek and Zoe Wees.

On Friday and Saturday, there will be live broadcasts from the RWTH University campus to the sector. Another highlight is the 1LIVE sector bus with a live program on the outdoor area at the SuperC.

Party until dawn with the 1LIVE parties. In addition to the concert events, 1LIVE will once again be offering the right thing for all night owls this year. The 1LIVE clubs will be partying all over Aachen until the early hours of the morning: 1LIVE veteran Klaus Fiehe will heat up the dance floor at Hotel Europa on April 05. He will be bringing along DJ "C U SOON" as his support act. The 1LIVE presenter and DJ JC Zeller is a must at every wild 1LIVE party. Together with rising star DJ Niklas Dee, he will get the NOX shaking on April 5 . As part of the Baumhausfestival, which takes place on 4 and 5 April at the RWTH Baumhaus and is co-organized by the architecture student council, the 1LIVE club will provide the right music on site. Under the open sky with a covered dance floor, visitors can party to "bass music" on Friday from 6 pm and to "trance, techno" on Saturday from 6 pm. There will also be a graffiti and screen printing workshop on Saturday between 2pm and 6pm. The tree house party is free of charge and invites you to drop by without buying a ticket in advance.
The FLINTA collective Sound Schwestern stands for diversity and openness. As part of "Absolut Aachen", the collective will celebrate sounds ranging from melodic house to techno at Hotel Europa. The 1LIVE club "Overdrive Vol. 2" in the Musikbunker offers an evening full of contrasts on April 4 - between authentic techno and over-the-top pop. At the same time, the 1LIVE club "Wilde Herzen" at Barbarossa will be bringing 1LIVE listeners' favorite tracks to the dance floor.
