The park run takes place every Saturday on the Ballonwiese in the Volksgarten. It's easier to run with other people, of course everyone can run at their own pace and there is even a briefing for first-time runners at 8:45 am. The weekly 5 km run combines community and exercise in the fresh air. It's a perfect way to shake off the working week and start the weekend. Give it a try and we promise: From then on, jogging will be super easy and even fun! 💜
