GESCHMACKSTALENTE 2025 - Searching Dortmund's next gastro sensation
Do you have a brilliant idea for a café, bar or restaurant and want to shake up Dortmund's gastronomy scene? Or have you already opened a restaurant after March 1, 2024 and want to take it to the next level? Then prick up your ears: The GESCHMACKSTALENTE start-up competition is entering its fifth round! 🎉
It all starts on March 10, 2025 with a public kick-off event to launch the new round of the competition. What do you need? A creative idea and plenty of motivation to enrich Dortmund's gastronomy world. Whether you have a brand new concept or a fresh business - if you want to become part of a really cool community and take your project to the next level, you've come to the right place.
Even if you don't want to start your own business, but love to constantly discover new things and are always on the lookout for the latest gastronomic hotspots, the GESCHMACKSTALENTE competition is the right place for you. Because that's exactly what it's all about: shaping Dortmund's gastronomic future! Here you can find out which fresh concepts are currently taking off and where you can soon find your new favorite spots.

🍴 VRÜH - Vegan breakfast restaurant with the fluffiest pancakes in town
🍕 k8s slice club - Pizza pop-up for the best New York-style slice
🍷 WEINGRÜN - the wine bar in the Unionviertel that makes wine fans happy
🥐 Café Fleur - very recent, only open since the end of 2024: Brunch & Wine in the heart of Dortmund-Hörde
